As we're getting older, staying in shape gets harder. Some of us find ourselves in our 50s, single, looking for love but completely out of shape. We realize that if we want to be successful dating, we need to give ourselves a kick up the backside and start doing more exercise and eating more healthily. You see all these people on online dating sites that look amazing for their age, and you realize you need to compete if you want to make yourself the best catch possible.
We all know that it's much easier to say you'll do something than actually doing it though. So here at Lovesongs 247, we decided we'd speak to a fitness expert in their 50s, so we sent Eliza from the Dating Show to talk to Aniko about how she stays in shape, dating and looking good when looking for love.
If you'd like to listen to Eliza's chat with the lovely Aniko, you can do here.

R: Now Aniko is from Hungary. She's a model and also a fitness expert. She's in her 50s and looks amazing. I would! Sorry, I would like to meet her.
E: Calm down Rod, calm down!
R: Now she has a fantastic body.
E: Calm down!
R: She tells us about her approach to food.
E: Have you been stalking her on Facebook?
R: No...
E: How do you know she's got a fantastic body?!
R: Anyway... She tells us about her approach to food and also dieting.
A: If you restrict it too much, then your mind is actually going to focus on the restrictions and you're actually going to be obsessed about eating. If I go out, I eat as normally as possible in a restaurant but I might actually ask the waiter to adjust the meal slightly for me.
E: OK, so you're saying this is much more of a lifestyle rather than a fad diet???
A: With my clients when they ask me about quick fixes, I say there is no such thing! With any fad diet that comes in, my single question to them is "Would you be able to eat like that for the rest of your life?" If the answer, is "Oh no, I wouldn't want to!", I say "don't bother!". Once you stopped that restricted diet, the weight is going to go back on and more.
-laughter-?
A: Bad news!
E: This is a dating podcast.
A: Ooh yes!??
-laughter-
E: I'm going to ask you for a couple of tips. First of all, when you're getting ready for a first date, how long does that take you?
A: We were just talking about that because all my friends happen to single.
E: OK...
A: So this is a favourite topic of conversation, and everybody would love that answer! I always say the first date is not a date, it's a meeting. So they're short and sharp - half an hour for a coffee or something like that, maybe a light bite so you can get away quickly if you have to!
E: -laughs-
A: If you like the person, you can always move on or straight away make a second date and that is the date. The first one, you don't want to over prepare because it's probably going to be somewhere - lunchtime, afternoon or early evening - as a meeting. You don't want to come up all dolled up and with your best push-up bras.
-laughter-??
A: With your cleavage right by your belly button! That really scares the guys. Go with something special, like a girl next door with a little twist.
E: I have to say - regardless of whatever you've been saying and smiling there, whatever you're doing.
R: I just like the way she said push-up bra.
E: -with Hungarian accent- push up bra.
R: And belly button.
E: That's Aniko! Her tips really are... That sounds so rude doesn't it!?
?-laughter-?
E: Her dating advice is so good, it's really spot on??
R: Can we get her back next time?
E: We will get her back next time!
R: And can I be here???
-silence-?
E: Only if you're a good boy!
